Cut fabrics and items to dye
Fabrics sold by the metre are cut to the length you order. For this reason they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect.

Returning finished items
Scarves, accessories and garments can be returned within 14 days of receipt, new, unwashed, undyed and in their original packaging. Return costs are at your expense. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving and checking the item, using the payment method you used.

Defective item or order error
Please check your parcel on receipt and report any visible defect as soon as possible, ideally within 5 days, with a photo. We will then offer you an exchange or a refund, with return costs at our expense. Hidden defects remain covered by the statutory 2-year warranty.

How to return an item
1. Write to us at contact@tissunature.ch or on WhatsApp at +41 79 212 86 42 before sending anything.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Pack the item carefully and enclose your order number.
4. Send it by Swiss Post with tracking.
