Scope

These conditions apply to any order placed on tissunature.ch by customers residing in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. By placing your order, you accept them.

Delivery

Delivery by Swiss Post in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, within 3 to 5 working days from the order. These times are indicative. Shipping costs: CHF 5, free from CHF 100 of purchases; CHF 2 for an order of samples only. They are displayed before payment. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover of the parcel at the delivery address. Details: Delivery and returns page.

Returns

Fabrics sold by the metre are cut to order: they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a defect. Finished items (scarves, accessories, clothing) may be returned within 14 days of receipt, new, unwashed, undyed and in their original packaging. Return costs are borne by the customer. The refund is made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the item, using the payment method used.

Warranty

The customer checks the goods upon receipt and reports any visible defect without delay, ideally within 5 days, with a photo. Defects are covered by the 2-year statutory warranty. In the event of a defect, Dugué Atelier 81 offers an exchange or a refund, with return costs at its expense. Damage caused by misuse, washing, dyeing or mordanting carried out by the customer is excluded.
